Fostering activities of Environmental Education in the scope of LIFE Lungs
This week, some employees of the Lisbon City Council started a training course within the scope of Life Lungs.
In a 45-hour course, some employees of the Monsanto Forest Park Management and Environmental Awareness Division learned about the main pillars of the project: biodiversity, biodiverse meadows, climate change, air quality, trees in cities and green infrastructure.
The final goal is for participants to be able to carry out activities with schools and the general public about the Life Lungs Project. For this, the training included a theoretical component and study visits and field work.
